How It Works
We’ve designed the entire process to be easy, hands-off, and organized! Here's exactly what to expect once you purchase:
1. Thank you for becoming a Member!
Once selected, add it to your cart and head to checkout.
2. A Few Details
Before you complete your purchase, you’ll be prompted to fill out a short form where you’ll share some quick info — like your delivery area, preferred install dates, and email address.
3. Complete Purchase
Once your package + form are submitted, you’ll officially be on our install list. You’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a more detailed email or call from us with a few custom follow-up questions and any next steps.
4. Behind The Scenes
Our team gets to work sourcing and prepping all the beautiful things. We'll reach out directly if we have any questions or special layout considerations before install day.
5. Time To Style
We’ll arrive during your scheduled installation window and work our magic. You don’t have to be home — we’ve got it covered. When you return, your porch will be fully styled and ready for compliments.
6. Removal
We’ll coordinate a date at the end of the season to come back and clean it all up. We will be in touch with more details for your next season set once all removal from prior season is complete.
Installation Disclaimer: Our team uses temporary, non -damaging installation methods such as Command hooks or comparable products to secure wreaths and garland. While we take great care to protect your home’s surfaces, we cannot guarantee against all potential marks or wear.
