How It Works
We’ve designed the entire process to be easy, hands-off, and organized! Here's exactly what to expect once you purchase:
1. Choose Your Package
Select the package that fits your porch size and vibe. Each listing outlines what’s included, along with optional add-ons (like spooky upgrades or pumpkin removal). Once you’ve picked your setup, add it to your cart and head to checkout.
2. A Few Details
Before you complete your purchase, you’ll be prompted to fill out a short form where you’ll share some quick info — like your delivery area, preferred install dates, and email address.
3. Complete Purchase
Once your package + form are submitted, you’ll officially be on our install list. You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately, followed by a more detailed email from us with a few custom follow-up questions and any next steps.
4. Behind The Scenes
Our team gets to work sourcing and prepping your pumpkins, planters, and all the beautiful things. We'll reach out directly if we have any questions or special layout considerations before install day.
5. Time To Style
We’ll arrive during your scheduled installation window and work our magic. You don’t have to be home — we’ve got it covered. When you return, your porch will be fully styled and ready for compliments.
6. Optional Removal
If you booked a removal service, we’ll coordinate a date at the end of the season to come back and clean it all up

Each package includes a curated mix of pumpkins, planters, and decor based on your style preferences (which you’ll share with us after checkout). We don’t allow substitutions for specific decor items, but we do personalize each install based on your vibe and layout.
